Lisle Design also provides optional cloud services where downloaded files may be stored for customer collection. Where this service is used, files are typically retained for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically removed unless successfully delivered to the customer’s configured destination systems sooner.

Cloud Infrastructure

Lisle Design uses secure cloud infrastructure providers to host certain elements of its services. Our systems are hosted using Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure located within the United Kingdom (UK South region). Microsoft acts as a data processor for infrastructure hosting services.

Lisle Design implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect data handled by our products and services. This includes encryption of sensitive data during transmission and encryption at rest within our server infrastructure.
