Hyper Card Racks work with ALL company card hosting software both on Windows and Linux environments.

1. Identify the Remote Downloading software that will be used in connection with the Hyper Card Rack (for example VDO Fleet, VolvoConnect, Geotab, WebTacho, TISWeb, etc).

2. Assemble the unit
1. Is your product a Hyper Card 120:
Yes: Assemble it first. Then continue with the next step – Test if the Hyper Driver is required.
No. Your product comes fully assembled so continue with the next step – Test if the Hyper Driver is required.
3. Test if Hyper Driver is required
1. Make sure your Hyper Card device is disconnected from the Server/PC
2. Restart your Server/PC
3. Confirm that the remote downloading software is not running
4. Connect your Hyper Card device to the Server/PC using the provided USB cable
5. Open the Remote downloading software and check if the software can see the Hyper Card device:
Yes: No further step is required. You are all set.
